Gannett Peak was founded in 2006 by three University of Wyoming alumni and is dedicated to envisioning and producing real-world software solutions that fit our clients’ unique needs. Based in Wyoming, we work effectively with companies and public agencies across the U.S. Whether you’re down the road or across the country, we maintain our personal approach to our clients’ software needs making sure the end product provides the best solution.

Our Programmers and Project Managers

Gannett Peak’s team is composed of nine adept programmers with impressive talents for developing functional software solutions that are customized to clients’ needs.

With an average of 10 years of experience in business-related web application development, our programmers are not only passionate about clean, elegant code, but client relationships and quality assurance as well. Our project managers are known for tracking requirements, tracking budgets and ensuring delivery.

Team Bios

Ryan Fagan

Ryan Fagan

Principal

With more than 19 years of experience in full life cycle application development, Ryan works with clients to define business requirements, design and build N-Tier solutions on the Microsoft .Net platform. His skills span across project management, requirements gathering services, solution design, software development, database development, quality assurance, and maintenance support services. He has successfully lead projects for the Wyoming Department of Health, Level3 Communications, Fair Isaac Corporation, Software Architects, Inc., and SHL USA/AspenTree Software. Additionally, he has worked for a Microsoft Gold Partner while representing Microsoft Consulting Services. Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Wyoming. He has two children.

 
Tighe Fagan

Tighe Fagan

Principal

Specializing in technical leadership and software architecture, Tighe has 18 years of experience with full life cycle application development. Working closely with businesses and government agencies, Tighe provides enterprise software, web-application, and business-to-business solutions. He has worked as a software consultant in Wyoming and Colorado and has worked for the Wyoming Department of Health, Level3 Communications, US West/Qwest Communications, Access International Financial Services, and Raytheon Systems Company. While at Access International Financial Services, he designed and implemented a multi-tiered, enterprise-wide financial securities management system employing a J2EE architecture. After earning his bachelor’s degree in computer science at the University of Wyoming, he continued on to receive his master’s degree. He is married and has three young children.

 
Bryan Swetich

Bryan Swetich

Principal

Bryan has more than 19 years of experience in software design and development of applications for a variety of business and government needs, including assessment systems, administrative systems, toolkits, web services and interfaces. His strong programming, communication and problem analysis skills are assets in leading teams through high-pressure environments. Throughout his career, Bryan has focused on project management, requirements gathering services, solution design, software development and maintenance support services. As a software architect, Bryan has designed and developed software for Sustain Technologies, Inc., 3t Systems, SHL USA Inc. and Blitz Computer. Additionally, he has designed and developed a website for Sustain Technologies, Inc. with web services that allow anonymous access to search public cases, view bail options and pay these fees online. A graduate of the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Bryan is married and has two children.

 
Erin Moore

Erin Moore

Business Development

Erin focuses on project management and business development for the company. She has ten years of experience in project management ranging from program to technology. She has experience not only in the development and implementation of systems but also with the operations/user side as well. She has worked in both private and public sectors. Erin graduated from the University of Wyoming with bachelor's degree in business economics and political science with a minor in decision science. She is married and has one child.

 
Benjamin Gray

Ben Gray

Senior Software Developer

Ben skills in technical support and deep understanding of multiple programming languages and database frameworks has allowed him to successfully build software and web-based solutions for government agencies, businesses, and academic institutions for more than 11 years. Ben worked closely with the Wyoming Department of Health management and staff to develop web applications for Vital Statistics and KidCareCHIP. He has also created web reporting applications for disability claims, worker's compensation, family leave, and related health and benefit usage for various Fortune 500 clients utilizing WebOPTIS® core functionality, VB, Xml, Xslt, Html, JavaScript, and CSS. While working for the University of Wyoming, he implemented user-friendly websites while following university and government guidelines for development. During his bachelor’s degree in computer science at the University of Wyoming, Ben worked in technical support, honing his ability to communicate clearly with users and to find solutions to their needs.

 
Kory Karr

Kory Karr

Senior Software Developer

Focusing on software development and integration in to current business processes, Kory has more than 13 years of experience in working with several government agencies and businesses to improve workflow and to provide high-quality software solutions. He has been integral to projects such as NMS, CCI and EHDI, using web-based applications for data management. While working as a software consultant, Kory analyzed defects to validate and supply additional information for development center and cleaned up scripts for implementation issues for Xcel Energy. He has also developed software and database solutions for other corporations, including Peace Software, Direct Energy, Digital Reliance, Rhythms Net Connections, First Trust and Raytheon Systems, Inc. With experience working with languages and frameworks such as C#, .NET 3.5, SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, Java, Unix, Perl, Oracle, and PL/SQL, Kory is adept at knowing the correct software and coding to customize the best solution given our client’s needs. Kory graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Montana State University.

 
Sean O'neil

Sean O’Neill

Software Developer

Sean joined the Gannett Peak team in 2009. With an impressive aptitude for client relations and a keen eye for detail, Sean has maintained and integrated various software applications. His skills range from developing new applications to building on and improving existing systems. While working with the Wyoming Department of Health, Sean worked onsite in a small team to implement front-end application, develop a robust and tactical web application, and access and modify the database structure. Throughout his work, Sean utilizes his knowledge of multiple coding laguages and software applications, including: C#, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, Visual Basic, C++, C, Perl, Java, Haskell, OCAML, HTML, ML, Microsoft Office products, Visual Studio, TFS, SVN, NetBeans, Windows, and Linux. Sean graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

 
Bob Lefevre

Bob Lefevre

Software Developer

Bob has more than 14 years of experience in the design and development of a wide range of software applications. He draws on strong communication skills to foster solid client relationships based on effective software design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance support. In addition to his work with Gannett Peak, he has developed applications for the University of Wyoming at the Wyoming Survey and Analysis Center, with SHL USA/AspenTree Software, and as a freelance developer. He is married and has two young children.
